The reason I find this article interesting is because of its mention of Perry Street in New York City. Perry Street means a lot to me considering not too long ago it was my own address in the city.

I remember when I was living on Perry Street early 2000’s these Greenwich Village’s Perry Street condos were just in construction. It’s fascinating to see how the final products especially if your condo has the view of Hudson River.
