Yesterday I was sitting an open house in a great area of North Scottsdale, a community called Cactus Acres.
I get a lot of interesting feedback when I am in that area of town from people who really think its the best area of Scottsdale. Here are the reasons I get.
The neighborhood mainly has homes built in the 1990’s with most houses being larger than 4,000 sq ft.
Location: It’s not too far from the action and specifically Hwy 101. Many people like to have fast access to malls, the airport, sporting events and restaurants, being close to the highway means Cactus Acres is a good choice for people who want to go to many places in the valley and maybe have a commute to downtown Phoenix.
No HOA: DC Ranch and Silverleaf are great communities but some people prefer to have no Home Owners Association to deal with, this can be because of the associations rules and/or fees.
Horses: The area still has a strong community of horse enthusiasts and many property in the area are suitable for keeping at least one horse.
