If you read my blog posts often you will notice I don’t write much about Phoenix. In general I don’t know that much about Phoenix. It’s just so big. So many areas and I’ve only lived in either Scottsdale or Paradise Valley.
One area I do know reasonably well in Phoenix is Biltmore. Today I was showing a home in another Phoenix area that I do have some knowledge of that being Desert Ridge.
My family loves Desert Ridge Marketplace. Very simliar to the one in Tempe it mixes shopping, dining and entertainment. It has a mix of stuff for families of varying ages. One tip if you are at the Marketplace and fancy non chain dining you can head to Humble Pie just over the road.
Two of the premier communities to check out are Aviano and Fireside.
Although I do live in North Scottsdale because of Loop 101 I can actually be in Desert ridge pretty fast, so if you would like to see some homes there just let me know 🙂
