There are currently 571 homes listed for sale at over $1 million in Scottsdale. That is 46% of all million dollars listings in the areas covered by ARMLS, which includes, Paradise Valley, Fountain Hills, Phoenix, Carefree, Flagstaff and more.
The average square feet of million dollar listings in Scottsdale is currently 5,610, proving that when it comes to real estate size matters. The average price per square foot of these listings is $408.86.
65% of million dollar listings are priced between one and two million dollars.
Only 0.7% of million dollar listings are priced over $10 million. Thats 4 out of 571.
The most telling statistic for me is that the cumulative days on the market for Scottsdale million dollars listings is 340, that’s almost a year. With the longest home being listing for sale for 2,118 days thats approaching 6 years on the market.
Homes are selling for over $1 million, so far in 2011 there have been 263 million dollar sales in Scottsdale. Cumulative days on the market for these sales was 286 days on the market.
