Like many people I first came across Barbara Corcorran when she was one of the investors on the TV show Shark Tank.
Since then I’ve been following the Corcorran group on facebook where they have about the best social media presence for any real estate broker.
Here’s Barbara’s take on when the right time to buy real estate is.
Barbara’s basic advice for sellers is buy now, the bottom is coming in real estate and you don’t want to try to time that bottom because once it flips to a sellers market it can become messy with bidding wars etc.
For home seller the advice is simple. Present your property well and price correctly. Homes are selling, it’s just the ones priced correctly that are actually getting offers.
