My favorite authentic Italian restaurant in Scottsdale is Veneto Trattoria Northern Italian Restaurant. The place attracts a very sophisticated crowd, the food is amazing, and their Espresso Martini is a must-have. The service is also very good. You can sit inside or under covered patio (they have heaters so you will feel super warm and comfortable even in the winter).
The Espresso Martini Veneto Trattoria is spectacular I also ordered their seafood pasta special which was a perfection.
