The National Association of REALTORS will be running a new ad campaign on advocating the benefits of home ownership.
I’m not sure if this really convinces people to buy a home or not. What do you think?
Recent stats show a big majority of people already believe home ownership makes sense.
The American Attitudes About Homeownership survey found that in today’s challenging economy, 95 percent of owners and 72 percent of renters believe that over a period of several years, it makes more sense to own a home. In addition, an overwhelming majority of home owners are happy with their decision to own a home – 93 percent of owners surveyed would buy again.
You should be seeing the ad throughout 2011. No word if it will be during Superbowl halftime yet.
