Yesterday I was working with a client in Terravita a luxury subdivision in the further northern reaches of Scottsdale. Carefree is almost within touching distance from there.
One thing I notice in Terravita compared to some other golf and country club communities is the homes are a bit more spread out. That has it’s pluses if you want privacy or it’s downsides if you like to walk to the community facilities. It’s very popular for second homes and vacation rentals.
One of the cool things I like about Terravita is the streets names, quite funky!
