No matter where you are from one thing you might not have at home is twinkly city lights views. Scottsdale in the north has this in abundance if you chose the right view lot. From the canyons of Silverleaf or hillsides McDowell Mountain Ranch to the adobe homes of Pinnacle Peak Vistas many many option.

If you are from the east coast even an expensive family home might not have an extensive amount of land. If you are hedge fund manager from NYC you might not even have any outdoor space.
