Scottsdale came in at 71 on the CNN compiled list. The only other Arizona place on the list was Gilbert at 36. See the top 100 here. Personally I think we should be higher. I’ve never been to top ranked Eden Prairie in Minnesota but their top rank won’t see me being added to the 64,000 residents, too cold!
