It may still be in the 90’s for most of this week but Scottsdale is preparing for Halloween.
One of our traditions each year has been to visit the pumpkin patch at MacDonald’s Ranch. There is always a fun pumpkin patch with hay wagon rides, pony rides, petting zoo and more. Maybe the most fun in Scottsdale to pick up a pumpkin to carve, if at a slightly premium price.

Many neighborhoods are very trick or treat friendly in Scottsdale, one I’ve found to be particularly so is DC Ranch. The families there put in a big effort and many have parties to coincide with the trick or treating.
