Preservation Vs. Property Rights

Today the Arizona Republic ran a front page story about a battle that is happening over a Frank Lloyd Wright home in Phoenix. It’s a story that balances the need to preserve historical buildings with the rights of a property owner to make changes to their own property.

It’s a very interesting read. The comments are pretty intense also.

Certainly I will be watching the case as it continues because it’s going to impact future real estate deals where a building of historical importance is involved.
