The Phoenix metro area real estate market has a few areas that just seem to stand out. The areas that seem to have history and command attention. One such example is Biltmore Estates in Phoenix or Horseshoe Road in Paradise Valley.
The trees are all well grown. The curb appeal is majestic. These neighborhoods just feel grand.
Perhaps one of Scottsdale grandest neighborhoods is Paradise Valley Farms. While certainly Silverleaf’s upper canyons are more expensive they are still somewhat under development. There’s no doubting the majesty of custom homes in Estancia but the 5 acre parcels of land don’t really give a feeling of a neighborhood. More like solitary estates blending into the desert.
Paradise Valley Farms has that more neighborhood feel. 100 foot tall trees line the roads. An eclectic blend of architecture that includes Adobe, Territorial, Contemporary, Santa Barbara and Spanish / Tuscan. There’s even some horse properties.
All the while right in the middle of the action. Turn left you are on Scottsdale Road, turn right you are in Gainey Ranch. An amazing location.
The homes vary in construction date from the 60′s to today. Prices are mainly in the millions although occasionally there are older homes that become available maybe needing a gut reno for less.
