While contemporary homes in Paradise Valley are not as many as the Santa Barbara, Spanish, and Tuscan ones, nevertheless they exist. I’ve been watching this home under construction for over a year or so. The Marta Walsh Group SOLD the home across, also a contemporary, 6053 E Hummingbird LN, for $1,55 MILLION back in December 2012. This home is what I call: Contemporary done right. The Architecture design flows from inside to the outside space. It’s a cohesive look, not confused. Some may feel that Contemporary Homes don’t have that cozy warm feel, but they do, if they are done right.
