One of my favorite communities in all of North Scottsdale is Scottsdale Ranch. So much so that I will soon be a resident.
Built mainly in the 1980’s the homes have nice lot sizes and tend to be very well constructed. There’s a real neighborhood feel especially at the Mercado which is home to AJ’s, coffee shops, gelato, gas station and much more. Maybe one of the best North Scottsdale neighborhoods for kids simply because of the Boys and Girls Club right in the area.
