If you are thinking to buy a home in Paradise Valley there are many variables to consider. If security is important to you then a gated community might be the choice for you.
Paradise Valley has relatively less gated communities than say luxury areas of North Scottsdale. Master planned communities there are almost exclusively gated.
One subdivision in a great location with the added security of gates is Cheney Estates. Just west of Scottsdale road means you are close to the action. Some homes even have mountain views.
The homes tend to be in the under $2 million range and in the 4-5,000 square foot size range.
