Recently people have been telling me that they think Silverleaf is the most luxurious real estate in the Valley. It’s certainly happened before. Areas around central once where the most expensive, then Biltmore and more recently Paradise Valley. However, the numbers just don’t back this up. In numbers PV is still considerably king.
6 of the top 10 sales reported in Arizona Regional MLS (ARMLS) were in Paradise Valley. Including the 2 top sales.
Silverleaf had only 2 sales in the top twenty, numbers 18 and 20.
The two top sales price per square foot were in north Scottsdale. one in Estancia and one in Desert Mountain.
The breakdown of the 20 largest sales so far this year is as follows.
Paradise Valley: 14
Scottsdale: 5
Phoenix: 1
Location is the key to real estate. If I was going to bet on one location in Arizona it would still be Paradise Valley.
And who can argue with the views.
