What This Means For Sellers
If you are considering a remodel prior to putting your house on the market. You should consider master bathroom, kitchen and closets. While adding a walk in closet is not possible in most cases you can maximise the potential of an existing closet. Better shelving and layout, custom cabinetry, most certainly declutter and don’t forget the floor is important in a closet.
If you are seller currently and have your home listed for sale on the MLS. Look up your listing either on my Arizona Home Search page or on Zillow or something. If your listing photo’s aren’t doing your hot button areas justice it’s time to discuss that with your agent.
More Proof Real Estate Is Hyper Local
I’m pretty sure a pool is an important feature for more than 27% of home buyers in Arizona. Whereas an outside deck I almost never see. Covered patio’s yes, raised out door deck not so much.
