Las Brisas is probably the nicest place to live in Scottsdale if you like lake views.
Not all the homes in Las Brisas are waterfront. For that reason prices can vary wildly. Waterfront homes selling for almost double their inland compatriots.

To take this photo we had to charter a boat from the Scottsdale Ranch community association. It was fun trip. But it was monsoon season and the clouds you see were turning ominous. Luckily we captured the shot and made it back before the rain started, my photographer might now have been too impressed having all his camera equipment out on a lake while it’s raining.
