Today I had a listing appointment in the beautiful area of Scottsdale, Gainey Ranch. I love the location. It’s so handy for everything. You have the shopping at Gainey Village within walking distance. Cocktails at the Hyatt Regency Resort also a short walk.

Fashion Square Mall also 13 minutes. So you are only 13 minutes from serious shopping.
Sky Harbor Airport only 25 minutes. So it’s a great location for out of towner’s. If you are flying in style it’s only 14 minutes to Scottsdale Airpark.
While I love Paradise Valley for it’s location Gainey Ranch rivals it as a Scottsdale location in terms of proximity to all the action.
