You may of heard that FHA loan limits were decreased at the end of September.
Previously the limit was $346,250 and they reduced it to $271,050. Now it’s back to $346,250 as Congress pass a new spending bill, reported in the WSJ.
The FHA website is as I write this post still reflecting the reduced amount.
This is good news for the housing market especially in areas like Scottsdale. To find a single family home for below $271,050 is not an easy ask in North Scottsdale. Thats an extra $75,200 of loan that can be eligible.
Homes For Sale Up To FHA Limits
Assuming you have a down payment amount of 20% the loan limits would allow you to purchase a home of up to $432,813.
Below are Scottsdale homes up to this value.
