The life of a REALTOR is an interesting one. Yesterday I was showing a super modern million dollar Paradise Valley masterpiece. Today I was in the actual desert showing a home that can only be reached by unpaved roads.
If you want solitude this part of Scottsdale is for you.
Some of the reasons people choose to live on the unpaved roads to the far north east of Scottsdale are the lack of HOA type restrictions. There are horse properties. This is more like the real wild west. I’d suggest owning a truck over a Mercedes in this location thats for sure. Mine needs a car wash badly now.
You need to deal with no water from the city and of course septic tanks. AT&T reception was non-existent to my iPhone.
If you truly want the solitude and beauty of the desert check out the search for homes below in 85262. The desert homes tend to be east along Dynamite. If you see anything you would like to view the proof is above that my Mercedes can make it out there. But just don’t ask me for a nighttime showing, that might be a bridge too far.
