It’s mid October. Pumpkins litter the entrances of grocery stores. We should all be brewing hot Cider and sweeping up piles of auburn leaves. We’re not. We have this.
So what’s the solution?
Well for me this week it was.
Payson, Arizona.
A short drive east along Shea Blvd, through Fountain Hills and then the Beeline Highway. It’s a great drive. Only about an hour and 20 minutes from my home.
Once you arrive just enjoy the weather. It’s invariably 10 to 12 degrees cooler than Scottsdale. The added bonus to that is as you walk the forest trails there is that perfect mix of dappled sunlight, packets of shade and sunshine. The forests are beautiful.
Photo’s of Payson
I wasn’t there long and just grabbed a few photo’s. But if you are tired of the heat consider a drive to Payson. The drive itself is visually appealing enough to grab your attention.
Definitely consider the forests of Payson for a day trip. Fancy staying longer? Below are your options for buying real estate in Payson. Give me a call if anything catches your eye. Russ Lyon Sotheby’s has a Payson office.
